Meet & Greet
The free Meet & Greet session is the perfect opportunity to learn how a health coach can guide you to make sustainable lifestyle changes, supporting your health and wellness goals.
To guide you on your path to enrich your mind and body – to achieve a healthier lifestyle and lifelong vitality.
A sustainable approach through small, manageable steps that make lifelong, lasting changes in all areas of your life.
Your goals achieved through a focus on primary foods – relationships, physical exercise, fulfilling career, spiritual practice – and a sound nutritional guidance.
Primary & Secondary FoodWhen primary food is balanced and satiated, your life feeds you, making what you actually eat secondary.
Food is more than what you find on your plate. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career and a spiritual practice can fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for life. When primary food is balanced and satiated, your life feeds you, making what you eat secondary.
Secondary food is the actual food you eat, the calories and nutrients that you consume. We use secondary food as a way to alleviate or suppress biological hunger. While secondary food is a form of nourishment, it does not account for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual nourishment that we receive from primary food.
In addition to helping you navigate the often conflicting advice on diets and nutrition, I can help you better understand your primary foods, decode what your cravings actually mean, discover what secondary foods are best for you and your body, and through sound nutritional advice, help you increase your energy and true wellness.
A complimentary Meet & Greet Consultation is the right first step to learning how your primary foods affect your diet and overall health. Schedule your appointment online now.
