There are two natural products they could do wonders for your skin and they are Aloe Vera, and tea tree oil.

Tea tree oil is not something that you drink but rather a topical application that you apply to your skin.  It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties and is good for many things including acne, cuts, grazes, and various other spots and irritations that appear on the surface of the skin.

It also has a mild painkilling property that will give you relief from sunburn and other burns and scalds while at the same time reducing the chance of the skin becoming infected.

Aloe Vera on the other hand can also be taken internally in the form of a gel, tablets or as a drink.

Aloe Vera is particularly good for assisting with the digestion of food and can help if you have stomach complaints from eating foods that do not agree with you.

Aloe Vera is also good to be taken at night for retiring as it will help you to sleep by settling your digestive system down.

When applied to the skin Aloe Vera is excellent for helping to improve many different skin conditions by reducing itching and redness that is associated with any form of inflammation of the skin, reducing the pain and severity of sunburn, and also helping with cuts and bruises.

Not only will it help to calm the skin down, Aloe Vera can also reduce scarring.

In some cases it is proven to help reduce or eliminate eczema and psoriasis.

There are so many uses for Aloe Vera that you shouldn’t be surprised if your local natural health specialist recommends it for almost any ailment that you might suggest.

It can even be used as a face firming cream and will boost many other products when added to them.

You can even grow your own Aloe Vera and just break off the leaves and use the fluid that you find within to apply to your skin
