Helping you achieve Simply Balanced Health is my mission, and when clients reach their goals with my support, it makes me happy. And when they share their happiness and delight with their new healthier lives, I just have to share their words of praise with you.
Starting the 6-Month Program I had three main goals in mind: to lose weight, eat healthier and exercise more to feel better and have more energy.
Tiffany was able to help me work toward these goals by encouraging me verbally, sending healthy and delicious recipes, articles to read to help me understand and change my diet and digestion, as well as receiving books or DVDs to help increase my motivation.
Tiffany was always encouraging, helpful, never giving up, resourceful in finding new things for me to try and new articles to educate me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who would like to learn more about better eating and exercising habits!Cathy
I could not express in a limited amount of words how much meeting and working with Tiffany has helped me become a better version of myself this year. After being on a 10 year cycle of trying multiple ways to find self-expression, peace and motivation, I finally was lead to my authentic self. Tiffany has an innate ability to pull out strengths and weaknesses, and how to use them to gain holistic health. Meeting with her was extremely easy as she is flexible and very organized. She has a simple method to keep up to date with progress and is excellent at sending meeting notes in a prompt time frame after my sessions. This was a great way to reflect each week and to keep motivated on my short and long term goals. I had the best time getting to know myself and couldn’t ask for a better cheerleader who always was in my corner. I feel more settled in my actions, confident in my life decisions and lead to find more health all around-mind, body, spirit, financial, relationships, etc. I am extremely going to refer her to everyone. A health coach is for any person that wants to gain better knowledge about themselves and to utilize the tools to create the life you want. It doesn’t mean you have to hit rock bottom to ask for help; she comes with a beautiful mindset without judgment.
After losing weight, sleeping better, valuing my time and decreasing my stress, I could go on and on about all the positive additions in my life. All in all, I am so thrilled to have these tools to move forward and I’m looking forward to meeting with her again for tune-ups here and there to show my success and positive momentum.Sarah
Tiffany was not only the key to my success but the one who opened my eyes to my unhealthy lifestyle.
Luckily, I meet Tiffany at the exact right time in my life. I never viewed myself as a person that was overweight or unhealthy but I was completely wrong. I was the type of person who ate out regularly, drank soda daily, and didn’t exercise. She changed my perspective by showing me how my lifestyle was affecting me.
Then, she showed me how different foods really affected my body. I was shocked by the information she gave me. She helped me stay focused on my goals and help me make small changes until I reached them. But, Tiffany was able to give me more then this. She became a true friend that provided me with support in other aspects of my life. The changes you face with your health are not easy but with the supportive environment Tiffany provided me I was able to succeed.
